By creating an account or using the Antri service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Antri is a digital queue management system that provides:

• Automatic queue number management
• Real-time queue status display on TV/monitors
• Wait time reports and analytics

User Account

• You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian permission to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering

Pricing and Payment

• Basic Antri service is free for 1 counter/location
• Premium features and additional counters require a paid subscription
• Prices may change with prior notice to users

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
• Access other users' accounts or data without permission
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Abuse the system for spam or fraudulent purposes

Intellectual Property

The Antri application, including its design, logo, code, and other content is owned by Semakode and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Data Ownership

You own all data you enter into the Antri system. We only process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to provide the service to you. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may experience downtime for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

The Antri service is provided "as is". Semakode is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.

Termination

• You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service will end immediately

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will take effect after being published. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through deliberation or through the competent courts in Indonesia.
