Information We Collect

Antri collects minimal data required to provide the service:

Account Data

• Email address from Google Sign-In (for authentication)

Operational Data

• Organization/tenant name
• Queue type and counter configuration
• Queue data (ticket numbers, status, timestamps) - no customer personal data

Technical Data

• Error reports for troubleshooting

Data We DO NOT Collect

• Names, addresses, or phone numbers of customers taking queue tickets
• Location or tracking data
• Data from TV display devices

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the queue management service
• Analyze usage to improve our service
• Diagnose and fix technical issues
• Communicate with you about service updates

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for:

• Analyzing app usage
• Storing data securely
• Detecting and fixing issues

Device Permissions

• Camera - Used only to scan QR codes when connecting TV displays

Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over secure connections and stored on protected servers. Each organization can only access their own data.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data will be immediately and permanently deleted from our systems.

• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a readable format

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion will permanently remove all your personal data. If you are a tenant/organization owner, you can choose to delete all organization data or transfer ownership before deleting your account.

Children's Privacy

Registration for an Antri business account requires a minimum age of 18 years as per our Terms of Service. Antri does not collect personal data from customers taking queue tickets, therefore no children's data is collected through the queue service.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date.
